Items that are ready made take 1-5 business days to ship.
Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks to post depending on the item.
Pre-order items are posted within the time-frame specified at purchase.
We ship internationally and is automatically calculated at checkout.
Express shipping is available for Australian orders.
If you require an item ASAP confirm via email before purchasing that the item/s can be made and/or sent to you within the time frame to avoid disappointment, but we will happily do our best to accomodate your request.
We cannot guarantee shipping time estimates.
Free local delivery or collection is available upon request.

Cadell Canute is committed to ethical clothing production - we produce everything in house in Adelaide.
Every piece is made and designed with a long life in mind.
Materials and fabric are of high quality and recycled where possible.
Fabric waste is reduced by incorporating off-cuts and scrap fabric into our designs.
Small batch production, made-to-order items and free alterations and tailoring are offered to reduce the wastes associated with ill-fitting garments and over-production.
We will continuously endeavour to improve our sustainability - if you have any suggestions please let us know!

Returns accepted within 30 days in the unlikely circumstance that your item/s are faulty.
Free exchanges or store credit offered if item is faulty or you require a different size.
Free tailoring and customisation is available for any items.
We take pride in having in-house production and providing you with the perfect fit. Therefore, size changes, tailoring and adjustments are available for any items that don't fit correctly and are free of charge (besides return shipping).
Return shipping is at buyers cost.
